A million/multi-million dollar producer for the majority of the last decade, John Brown is known
for his dedication to his clients and great communication skills. He serves the Richland and
surrounding counties in residential real estate sales. He also specializes in selling Charles Mill
Lake Property where he is an active community member and has resided for the past 30+ years.
Brown began his career in real estate after retiring from General Motors where he worked for 30
years. He received his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, and later
completed many courses towards an MBA at Ashland University. He received his real estate
license in 2010 after attending Hondros College of Business. Brown is a Vietnam veteran, lifetime
AMVETS member, and past president of the Mansfield Noon Optimist Club. He is also a member
of the Mansfield Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National
Association of Realtors. He is currently serving as a Director of the Mansfield Association of
Realtors. John is married to his wife Connie and they enjoy traveling and spending time with their
grandchildren.
